The "ex-Gulf" planes are the ones with a door at 2L/R. These planes have no individual air vents. I believe there are just 7 planes like this. These used to be the only ones with just 26J seats as that's all they could fit between doors 1 and 2... but DL clearly found them more profitable that way and so they're reconfiguring the rest of the 767 fleet to have the same layout.
Otherwise, they are all identical to one another. The D1 cabins are all the same. I *believe* all the main cabin seats have been retrofitted with the newer IFE screens, but some of the older screens may still be kicking around. (All have touchscreen AVOD.) The D1 seats are a little long in the tooth, but they have been kept clean and in decent shape. D1 bathrooms are actually very cool and futuristic, with entirely touch-free features and LED lighting.
All have Sat Wifi, but NOT high-speed.
Engines are the same.
