I booked with Cook Travel. The reservation is there, the payment went to United, and we got a $300 reabate check. That's the good. The bad is I can't manage my reservation directly. I can change seats, but updating my contact information or frequent flyer information via the website doesn't work. Was it worth the rebate? I don't know. It would be nice to change the FF account to Amtrak Guest Rewards.
