This is not official yet. The website does not show HKG yet & I just got off the phone with an agent that would not let me change my return from HKG for 1/31. I imagine that it is a HUCA situation & some agents are showing leniency on a case by case basis.
I was on the phone with an agent last night and she said nothing she can do for HKG for now.
