I'm not sure BA will cancel flights on those grounds, but they would do if the warning changes to 'Advise against all travel' in FCO speak.
That being said, I can't imagine many crews will want to be operating flights to/from mainland China.

part of my old job at cooks what when advice changed to all and all but essential travel, I had to go to the country’s to evacuate the UK citizens. BA will now be under strict instructions no to operate the outbound flights
