I have successfully canceled on non-refundable fares at the WA Beijing, Shanghai, and the Conrad HK in 2 weeks. I'm happy that Hilton is being accommodating on this.

Just got a work notice that Suzhou province (including Shanghai) is mandated to not work until the 8th. Basically even if you go to China, nothing will be open.
