Arrived today with BA at D19 (if I remember correctly) and both walkway from that gate to the main hall area was broken.....
Anyone know what's going on with the passport control at the end of that hall? It seems now to be closed for renovation? (has been closed for some months now) - although I do see the KM going behind the black screen. Today also at the other passport control area (coming from E/F area) was full to capacity - non-EU/automated gate passport holders had to wait above the stairs as it was crazy downstairs....luckily I was within 15 mins after leaving the plane to the train platform.
