Again, over 100 ticketed CX segments in the last decade or so, there’s always some hang time with AA which doesn’t mean you’re losing the seats. One more question for you-- as you anticipated, the flights did ticket (miles pulled from my account, and status changed to ticketed). I never received an email from AA, however, and thus don't have the ticket numbers (which would be nice to have in case of issues later). I tried calling and the agent said she'd send them to me, but just sent a link to the online itinerary, which doesn't show the ticket numbers. Is there an easy way to find the ticket numbers so I have them for reference?
