Dear Flyertalkers,

I have questions for my reservation.

I am 1K member and bought B class ticket for the possible instant upgrades.

And I used PlusPoints for the upgrades.



Got upgrade confirmation for the international flight segments but for the SFO-IAH first I got a notice waitlisted
but now I look at it I am not on the waitlist but on the CPU.

CPU is better than pluspoint upgrade waitlist?

My flight is on July 13 all of First Class is empty but don't get the instant upgrade by 1K status with B class ticket neither by the PlusPoints upgrade.

Now, when I look at the record, some records says I am in CPU upgrade in certain part of United website but Some area of United.com shows I am on waitlisted with PP?

I am very confused with all of this wrong information

Also, I found out below bug as well. When I go to my account info and look at the upcoming trips and pluspoints upgrade tag it show long information with wrong flight date wrong pluspoints deduction record.
