Good News: Audrey returned the credits to my account yesterday (Jan 26/20). So it took 5 weeks from filling out the form to get them back.
Not-So-Good News: They still expire Feb 2020 so after not being able to use them on any of my 7 flights taken in January, I now have just 4 weeks to book and fly if I want to use them. Off to see what I can find!
