Good luck with that. I don't see this as credit card issue that your credit card issuer can remedy. Most likely you will get the reply that to charge your credit card, the hotel needs to covert to local currency (as the hotel can't charge in USD) and how the hotel converts from one currency to another is not an issue for the credit card issuer/bank.
What you should do in a situation like this is to bring USD and pay in cash to hotel. Priceless to watch the faces of the front desk staff when it becomes clear to them that for once they will actually get payment in the currency quoted. Sadly even in this situation many properties will insist to convert the amount into their local currency using their unfavourable rates or even refuse to accept the payment. Then my reply is "feel free to go to the bank or any street vendor that will offer currency exchange if you prefer cash in your own currency rather than USD/EUR" (admittedly, often I will get nowhere with this).
