Recently booked this property through Virtuoso. I received a Virtuoso booking, but not a Marriott booking number. My Virtuoso agent was told by the property basically that, since I was booked direct on the Cosmopolitan system that the reservations will not show up in my Marriott account, but that I will receive Marriott benefits, points for stay, etc. Has anyone experienced this? I don't like not having a Marriott confirmation #. Doesn't make sense to me.
