We haven’t done that, we do have the paperwork from the state saying that it was expunged and they forwarded a copy to the FBI.
As long as he brings his case disposition paper to the interview, he should be fine. Expungement itself is not relevant to them because the case is still visible until the federal government complies with the state expungement.
