Trying to book an itin which is
IAD-DOH-MAA by QH
and MAA-LHR-IAD by BA.
It shows for Business Standard, it takes 155k miles.
It doesn't show the fees since I don't have miles there (going to transfer from Amex).

How do I find out how much I have to shell out in addition to the 155k miles?
BTW is 155k the standard and good deal?
