Even if you are technically not flying a PSO-route (TOS-HFT) you are sitting in an aircraft payed for by the government (within the PSO network) and not operated on commercial basis so do not expect points/miles.

On a side-note - I worked in the it-side of another airline earlier (also operating partly in the PSO-market) and there the flightnumbers were marked PSO or non-PSO internally so they did not look at the legs, but at the numbers to deal with miles, fares, taxes etc which were different on PSO and non-PSO.
