The P100 masks are available. They block out 99.9% but I don't know about flying with one. I guess most here fly J or above. I would rather take my chances to enjoy the liquor and food aboard. Further, how will you drink water or any liquids? If you think you need a mask then I would not fly.

P.S. Most planes use HEPA filters for their air.
