The old bathrooms are in decrepit shape. Fixtures are all old. Doors on many of the stalls are broken / flimsy. Generally small / not big enough to meaningfully move folks through when you start getting a line. I also think that the cleaning staff does a terrible job as well. I transited via SAN a week ago, and I was shocked at how nice the general-use restrooms in Terminal 2 were. It was clear that folks had been coming through and cleaning up.
