When you go to immigration there are signs for fast track. If you arrive in business class you follow the signs. It's all at the same place but different counters. You can see it once you get there
For departure on PG I would advise you the there around 3 hours before departure. That's the time I get to BKK on my departures.
The morning my departure immigration queues can take a very long time.
