From top of descent all the way down, if it is clear the views are spectacular. Not as good as the view from up front in the FD, but the right side would be best. Chances are you would not see Whistler resort anyhow, but the view of Howe sound and the Sunshine coast before turning eastbound (if landing 26R) are exceptional.

Still the most beautiful city in the world when it is not raining and the sun is shining.
