I'm genuinely curious, how is it possible to spend that much money renovating the bathrooms. If they install, say, 100 new toilets total as the end product, that in essence is over $200k per toilet. And I think 100 toilets is a very high estimate. OK there are sinks, etc. to deal with too. But how specifically do the costs get so high?
