its unfortunate but very true....there was a time when 90% of my paid stays in a year were brg stays....since the time i started using brg, i can't remember a single year where i had less than 25 successful brg claims....but last year i only had 7....this year, i already have over a dozen stays booked & none of them are brg stays....
