I have on cash fares, both economy and business class. After changing computers in 2014 and finding the nonstop business class seats drop in price to what I had seen earlier that day and week of searches, I've only used privacy mode for flight searches. If it was an inventory fluke, well it isn't hurting to be in private mode, but it could be helping.
