Nice place right above hum hom ferry - easy to go across and take taxi on the other side or stroll along the promenade towards IC.
Bus 12 stops half block away - the easiest (aside from taxi) way to get here from the airport - 7 stops - about 1 hr door to door.
Large grocery store in the plaza and of course many local restaurants and bakeries nearby. Went to tim ho wan twice - no wait.
Property offers family plan.
Rooftop pool is unheated and no hot tub but views are nice. Gym looks very extensive.
