Seat selection fees are not reimbursable, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
One guy posted that he had a Global Entry charged reimbursed on 1/4, otherwise it doesn't seem that anyone else has had anything come through.
GE is not processed with the same method as Travel Credits, so the GE should be easy to get reimbursed.
