I have 2x $29 and 2x $39 charges from Alaska Airlines on this card right now awaiting reimbursement - these are seat selection fees so as I understand it, they are legitimate fees to be reimbursed (and have been in the past without any issue). It's been almost two weeks and no dice yet.
Seat selection fees are not reimbursable, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

One guy posted that he had a Global Entry charged reimbursed on 1/4, otherwise it doesn't seem that anyone else has had anything come through.
