Again and sadly, I find this a very accurate reflection of service on Singapore Airlines these days. It is impersonal and robotic in all classes.
I recently had my table set in business class by a member of the crew who neither acknowledge nor spoke to me while she did it and in the main she kept has back to me. I can't think of another premium carrier where the crew behave in such a way while telling you that they are the best airline in the world.
