I had a one way ticket as used reward miles to buy it. Then I bought Baku-Doha-Baku as I planned to return to Baku in a couple of days. I didn’t notice the mistake as there was no actual misspelling. When you see your surname twice it doesn’t register in your mind as wrong. Plus I’m in frequent flyer program of QA with my data uploaded automatically upon on line check.
