We’ve been to PVR probably 30+ times, mostly all in “season” but last year went in both early June which wasn’t too bad, but also early October which was very humid and 95 degrees every day. But, there were no tourists. If I remember right it was via SEA on he way down and LAX on the way back (from PDX). Seems there are SEA flights down on 1-2 weekend days in the shoulder season
