. I wouldn't describe the experience as "miserable" per se (we are talking first world problems here) but the cabin was unacceptably hot and VERY uncomfortable.

I.
Definitely first world problems I have been doing this long enough that I remember being thrilled to get the clam shelled angle flat seats that were top tier at the time!(while walking ten miles to the airport uphill on the snow). So, I guess to me every new iteration of seats seems a little better than the last. That said, while I think they hit a home run on privacy and quality of the middle seats, they definitely can get hot. And for someone like me that can’t sleep when hot, that’s an issue. I don’t always have the blessing of a lot of advanced notice for international travel so I end up in the middle about half the time. And always hot.

i think complaining helps just so they have the feedback. They won’t change anything on the a350 right now but it would definitely be considered when they do their next interior update. Delta isn’t cutting edge on updates, but they do frequent updates. And they do want to keep those of us that have to buy full fare business class happy. So if enough complain, it will get improved over time.
