Better on the 777, because they learned from their egregious faux paux on the A359.
The real problem is with the uncomfortable seats. They trap heat and have woefully insufficient padding for comfortable sleeping. It’s outclassed by most other international long-haul J hard products.
I am trying to stay optimistic, but this feedback makes me worry. We are flying d1 suites lax-syd soon, on the 777.
Lack of mattress pad, tiny bathroom, narrow aisles...still more comfy than economy, but seems like a half arsed business cabin.
then again, last time i flew this route in delta business, herringbone style, i enjoyed it. maybe my worry is just flyertalk induced stress.
