Apple does not produce its products. They are made by Asian contractors or suppliers.

It is the same in the textile industry. I do not expect the brands that I wear to be making my clothes themselves. My Adidas Stan Smith are neither made by Adidas, nor by Stan Smith, but by an Asian contractor or supplier.

But Zimmerli claims to that its products are "handmade in Switzerland". I would hence expect that its CHF 500 drug lord silk pj as well as LX's cotton pj to be, at least in part, (1) handmade (2) in Switzerland.
