My wife and I have Global Entry but we only have 2 premium credit cards with GE reimbursement. We recently had a child and we were thinking about doing NEXUS for her since it is free. It looks like the NY border has plenty of appointments, some even next-day. We may just take the 3 hour trip and do a Montreal trip and make it fun. Are we better off doing this instead of getting her GE? Would GE conditional approval be quicker? Is NEXUS conditional approval quicker for infants?
