PE->C on tickets purchased as part of Expedia package?
I ran a search but didn't see this addressed.

I'm looking to upgrade from PE to C on the transatlantic segments I have on a RDU-ORD-MUC and MUC-IAD-RDU itinerary I have coming up. The ORD-MUC and MUC-IAD segments are LH flight numbers and the tickets are part of an Expedia flight/car package. Am I able to bid on or do a flat rate upgrade on these segments? Thanks in advance.
