had a reservation for a premium SUV and they gave me a Chevy Suburban.

The manager on duty absolutely would not give me the Caddy Escalade. She claimed that I needed a Premium ELITE SUV reservation to get the Escalade.

I didn't believe her, of course... so I called the National counter at the city's other airport. Unfortunately, the employee there said the same thing... the Escalade is in the Premium Elite SUV class.... not just the "Premium SUV" class.

oh well, at least the Suburban that they gave was also fine for the five of us(6'1" to 6'5')... besides it was almost brand new with less an 100 miles, so I had no complaints. Obviously it wasn't a babe-magnet like the shinny black Escalade that we wanted, but we saved the extra $200/day and spent it on gentlemen's entertainment.
