Couldn't DL afford to stock some on board on A350s (where they know this is a recurring complaint) and hand them out to passengers in the middle suites who have temperature/airflow issues?
The point is, the argument cuts both ways. There's a reason all their other 'business class' seats have air flow options - to give folks sitting in a premium seat the option, the choice, to decide on their own (on board, without pre-planning or extra time or action needed).
