I did a long haul in 30A and 30K this week, it's not as bad as i was led to believe. I will still be flying another airline if it's a BA 787 scheduled though.
They have almost unlimited legroom. I'm 6'2" and found the exit door protrusion a convenient place to rest my outstretched feet against rather than an annoyance. The seats are tight across the whole aircraft but unlike 30B/C/H/J the window seats have one side that is not a solid armrest. The middle three 30D/E/F have decent legroom too but your toes would knock up against the bulkhead quite easily. I did a daytime flight and coupled with the 787 atmosphere found i felt better than i would on a 777, but i wouldn't like to try and sleep in those seats.
