I chipped a tooth on an AC flight to Asia--Plate had a loose chip out of the center (likely from being stacked/handled carelessly).
I took photos of the defective plate & matching piece of porcelain that I spit out, and showed the FA my tooth. I received a medical/incident report from the very apologetic SD. Form said Air Canada would follow up shortly regarding expenses/compensation. It has been about a year--maybe they are just backlogged.
