You should be able to search for available award flights (try searching for seats that have just been released, something like 300 days from today; premium cabin award flights are quite limited...most will be waitlist otherwise) in the BA Site. If your cabin class is the same for the whole booking, you can do it all in online...
I managed to secure HKG-LHR-HND (all in F) in mid Jan for the award flights in Dec...I had a look at other months but were all waitlist...
