Definitely been affected by this.

I made a luxury reservation. When I got there, they had nothing to offer but a small Infiniti sedan. I inquired about the 330i on the lot and they said that would require an upgrade fee.

Despite having 5 seat belts, neither the Infiniti or BMW could reasonably sit 5 adults, nor their belongings.

They have also willingly given me keys to an Escalade with a standard SUV reservation. However, the miniature MB-GLA is an upgrade due to being “premium”.
