BTW, for folks driving to the hotel with a rental car, check your car rental's toll policies. You generally save less than 10 minutes taking the toll highway from the airport. I think the toll is something like $3, which is a little high but not crazy, but you may get stuck with a very high toll pass surcharge from your car rental company.
