There is also a common password mismatch error that occurs here. If, after giving it some time as [MENTION=711429]ROKNA[/MENTION] says and it is still giving an error try resetting your password via avios.com using your aerclub email address in the 'forgot my password' option on avios.com. This will hopefully allow you in and reset your password avios.com and login but for aerclub also, but again give it some time to sync up before attempting to login to aerclub (on aerlingus.com).
It is unfortunately a messy process at times between using aerclub via aerlingus.com and avios.com for points usage. Patience is key.
