you would have access to the international wing of the hotel....for such a long connection that would be your best bet....none of the lounges in del are worth spending 10 hours in....
I contacted the hotel and they made it sound like I only had access to the domestic wing, and that I can't use the international wing when flying domestic to international:

Domestic wing is for those passengers who fly International to Domestic/ Domestic to International coming via Surface and catching up an International or a Domestic flight where guest can take all there luggage upstairs to the hotel with a valid Indian Visa & Passport. Kindly advise.
