Captive audience. They get bad pay, have to deal with airport hassle and they probably won't see you ever again. Besides think how rude the average traveller seems to be, people get through security and it's like mad max, civility seems to go out of the window, so you really think someone on 8 dollars an hour and no tips cares that you get a microwaved burger in less than 30 mins?
