I've never seen a Vueling discount code. They have other codes that get distributed once in a while but they are generally worthless and give you bonus Avios on certain purchases or discounts for booking things other than flights.

Not sure if you can transfer those Avios to IB or BA, but even so, 10K Avios are way more valuable than 60 pounds.
