Several questions about the Diners card (thanks so much for all your help!)

- Is the BA promotion where you get 2 miles/dollar offered every year?

- If the above is true, what do people think about flying exclusively on AA domestically (i.e. to get status, upgrades), converting the miles to BA, and then using those miles for premium BA travel (when sugar daddy doesn't pay). I know you can earn BA miles on AA flights, but when I give my EC number, I don't receive credit towards elite AA status.

- When I sign up for the card, do I need to mention any special promotion code, etc... to get the 2K points/month or the BA deal?

-How easy is it to get AA/UA miles converted into points and then have these deposited in your BA account? I am worried the miles will somehow "disappear" in the process. Is there a limit or minimum amount (I have several 100k to convert).
