As the previous poster has said, you can't use the free name change facility (which is intended for correcting typos; so it's a name correction, rather than a name change) to transfer the ticket to another person.

This is possible, however, on the payment of a fee, and potentially the fare difference (difference in the current fare, and the price you originally paid) depending on how close to departure it is. See below.

Alternately, you can change the date and/or destination of the ticket, leaving it in your name, and use it yourself. The fees and charges follow a similar scheme to that for transferring the ticket to another person.
