what would you say is an average time to allow to leave the CCR, take the lift, miss the first train, take the lift up again to B/C Gates to get a Longhaul First flight? 40ish years old, something of average fitness (I ain’t no Usain Bolt!)

We don’t travel that often, anymore, and I always overdo it and we end up waiting for the Gate to open.
