FlyAAway, I'm not that familiar with Netscape but perhaps holding down the shift key while clicking
Reload will make the difference?

To refresh a page at any time:
Click Reload. The computer checks the network to make sure you have the latest version of the page. To retrieve a fresh copy of a page regardless of what's in the cache, hold down the Shift key (Option key on Mac OS) and click Reload.
Otherwise, the possibility that
FewMiles mentioned may be causing your page not to reload with the latest version. If not, then hopefully changing your cache preferences will resolve the issue or some of our
FlyerTalk family with Netscape expertise hold the secret. Good luck!
