The court dismissal record should suffice. This is what is needed in case the feds don't see any action . Note for the future, even if the state expunged the arrest, the feds will still see it. State expungement has no bearing on feds .
Oh, alright. I might go to the court house and just shell out for a few notarized copies of the dismissal to have just in case, beyond my NEXUS pass.
