Apart from calling them, you can also book the multi-city flights online in AsiaMiles, given they're not Mixed Cabin Awards (like F in one segment & J in another).
That's what I was trying, however for JFK-HND, I couldn't find any direct flights. So I'll take a look at BA, and then call them directly. Thanks for all the info!
