Slightly off topic but I have been a user of the first class lounge at HK ever since it opened.
It used to be one of the best restaurants in the world in my opinion and I have kept using it through its decline in the last few years.
The numbers of people using it has dropped and so has the food standard. When you ask staff why, they bat you away.
So Cathay Pacific has lost many of its best customers as the lounge is not full like it used to be.
So the question is. How can such a large company do this, annoy and loose its most profitable customers and not change back?
I hope someone at hq, sees this and changes it back to such a great product, I miss it.
And yes I have written to Cathay, and in current fashion does not bother replying!
